It all begins with Norm Henry - an electrician with a passion for inventing. He created many amazing things, his most well-known being the Pneumatic Chainsaw which has been a gamechanger for Australian Underground Mines since 1980.

Norm inspired his son, Russell to follow in his footsteps, teaching him everything he knew along the way. Russ took to electrical like a fish takes to water (very well) and worked his way up the ranks out at the mines. Russ worked out at the mines until it was time for his own son, Tyran, to begin his journey into becoming an electrician too. And so, Russ and his company Electrics Downunder took on domestic work, with apprentice Ty there eager to learn!

Ty finished his 4 year apprenticeship at Electrics Downunder then headed out to the mines himself for a couple of years.

In 2018, a school friend of Ty's suggested that they move to Brisbane together to get away from the quietness of Mackay. Ty used this move to get back into Domestic Electrical work and found his passion there.

Skip forward a couple of years and Ty and that school friend, Jess get married <3

As a team, Ty and Jess decided it was time to take the next big step, with the support of their families, and open their own Electrical company - and here you are, looking at it!
